The z-axis direction is used to control the whole structure to move up and down through the air cylinder. This structure can be regarded as a two-axis joint. This joint is very simple. It is enough for the two axis directions to do power. Those who have done this kind of manipulator should know that the manipulator itself needs to do power in several axis directions, and then do modules in those directions.


At this time, the question comes: where do we need to move in the x-axis direction? Originally, one tray was transplanted into another tray, and the transplanting structure required two trays to switch back and forth.


We can think of a problem when stopping at two positions. Can I use the cheap cylinder module when I do the x-axis direction? There are many modules to realize this function. There are relatively inexpensive modules, such as rodless cylinders and cylinders with guide rods. The price may be the price of a motor. There are also more expensive modules, such as the screw module.


It can be seen from this structure that the synchronous belt external motor is used. If the function can be realized, we can choose a cheaper structure as much as possible.


In fact, this is not the only relationship that we need to consider. The stop at two points can not be used as a cylinder. Because this structure can not judge the x-axis, one cylinder can be used. We also need to analyze the accuracy of the first point and the second point. The accuracy is relatively high, so the cylinder of this structure can not achieve this function. Because the accuracy of the cylinder is low, but in this structure, We need to put the transplanting into the first tray, and the accuracy in the process of transplanting must be guaranteed.


It can be seen from this structure that there is a plate bar of a guide block beside each material tray. When two plate bars are positioned, we need to know the maximum error between the spacing between the two plate bars and the spacing between the material trays, for example, the error of the left and right X-axis movement, before we can consider what modules are used in the structure.
